The prices indicated include the All Inclusive treatment and include:

Full Board with Drinks at Meals, the cost of the Beach located 150 meters from the Hotel at the SetteNove Bathing Establishment, the use of the Pool with Whirlpool.
The Internal Parking is bookable (subject to availability) at a cost of € 5.00 per day.
WiFi is free in the common areas and in the Hotel rooms and Pool area.

Payments in Cash, Checks, Credit and debit Cards and Bank Transfers are accepted but "only and exclusively if INSTANT".
Ordinary bank transfers will have different values than the tax document so they are not advisable.

Attention: in order to provide the maximum care and attention to guests, in case of special dietary regimes, intolerances, allergies or other pathologies that require personalized attention regarding the preparation of meals, it is necessary to verify this possibility BEFORE making the reservation.

The Tourist Tax IS NOT INCLUDED and it will be necessary to pay it in cash because it is not an integral part of the bill!
The Tax will be due, only for the first 7 days, in the months of May June July August September: to the extent of € 1.50 per day for adults (exempt from 0 to 13 years).

The hotel has two types of Rooms: Superior and Executive.
Both Executive and Superior rooms have a surface area of 16 sqm. while the Bathroom and Balcony are counted separately.
They are equipped with a double bed plus a convertible third single bed which can be transformed into a standard bunk bed (80x190 cm) if necessary.
It is possible to request the "camping cot". Attention! The insertion of the cot will reduce (obviously) the space in the room.

It is possible to Book the Wellness Center SPA at extremely advantageous prices.

NOTES:
The services start with the lunch of the day of arrival and end with the breakfast of the day of departure.
Afternoon arrival does NOT entitle you to recover lunch on the day of departure.
Unused meals are NOT refundable, while any meals requested for the day of departure are considered EXTRA, as are those of any guests.
The rooms and parking spaces must be kindly vacated by no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure, as it is the only way to allow arriving customers to take possession of the spaces.

The 4th bed is practically always Free !

The Discounts are valid for the entire summer season with the exception of the period from July 30th to August 21st.
During this period the maximum discount applied will be 50% (except for Special Offers).
Only one Free condition per Room is allowed!
The discounts apply provided that the room is constantly occupied for the entire period by at least two adults,
in case of only one adult the price per room is applied anyway.

DEPOSIT:
The room is considered "Booked" only after receipt of the Confirmation Deposit.
The required deposit is usually € 300.00 per room per week but for longer stays or very large amounts a higher deposit may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The reservation is definitively confirmed only after receipt of the confirmation deposit pursuant to article 1385 of the Civil Code.
Beyond the times provided for by the cancellation policies, if the customer does not follow up on the reservation, the deposit is forfeited, if it is the hotel's mistake not to be able to accommodate the customer, the deposit is returned doubled as compensation.
- Cancellation before 15 days before the day of arrival: the deposit is fully refunded net of collection fees and bank negotiation.
- Cancellation beyond 14 days before the day of arrival: the deposit is retained as compensation.
- Early departure: by taking possession of the accommodation, the contract concluded with the acceptance of the estimate is perfected. In case of early departure, payment of the full amount is required.
